Across the world people want to see societies that respect the rule of law, uphold the presumption of innocence and habeas corpus, prohibit torture, and secure the privacy of its citizens. The Islamic system secures these matters better than any other These issues must be discussed especially after bribery and bullying has pushed through the 42 day detention in the House of Parliament.

This speaker will highlight the dangers involved in these type of draconian measures and how Islam gives real citizenship.
